A 10-km drive from Quetta in the east, lies Hannah Orak. It faces its second huge climate change in less than two years. This tourist destination in Quetta has more than ten thousand people and 80% of their lives depend upon the harvesting of fruits and vegetables. Seventy percent of their fruit gardens and vegetables were destroyed in 2022 due to heavy floods. Now in February 2024, ice and rain has cut down the expected growth of fruit trees.
