Girls from far flung areas of Balochistan are learning how to make films thanks to a film making school allied with the Institute of Development Studies and Practices, founded by prominent educationist Qurat ul Ain Bakhtiari. The opportunity has enabled girls to create scripts and film stories that they want the world to see. Many of the girls dream of making films that will capture the harsh realities facing women in Balochistan. Bakhtiari says that her school has merely opened the door for the young, who are already talented visionaries.
