Low-income children, enrolled in free home schools in Defense Housing society, came to their annual event on Dec 1, 2024. The Citizens Education Development Foundation brought boys and girls from Kachchi abadis to a Defense society residence to speak about what they have achieved after studying from home schools. Hundreds of children who have graduated from these schools currently occupy respected positions in society. Their dedicated teachers and supporters also spoke about how the last 40 years have given underprivileged children their foot hold in society.
